1 What is Ranbo?
Ranbo is a website that offers incredible deals to its members. Every Wednesday, we showcase new deals on a large variety of products, restaurants, services, events, hotels, and much more.
We work with business owners to offer you the best deals. That way, you save money and they gain new clients. Everyone wins!
2 How does it work?

3 How do I purchase one of the latest offers and/or a product?
To purchase one of the latest offers and/or a product, all you need to do is click on the product or offer you want (the picture or the title) and then click on “Add to cart”, which you’ll find on the product description page. You will be able to consult all of the products you select in your “Cart”, located at the top right of your screen.
All selected items will then be placed in your “Cart”, located at the top right of the page.
To proceed to payment, click on “Cart” and follow the instructions.
4 The offer I want indicates “Sold out”, but it was only posted a few minutes ago. Why?
Offers are limited, so it’s possible that all coupons sell out within a couple of minutes.
To be informed of new offers the moment they are posted online, sign up for free for the boutique’s newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
5 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
6 I have completed my transaction, but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail from the boutique. Why not?
Check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, please contact us by e-mail at info@ranbo.ca.
7 I forget my password. What can I do to access my account?
Click on “Lost your password?” under “LOG IN” at the top right of your screen and follow the instructions.
8 If I have any more questions or any comments, who should I contact?

9 I did not receive my gift certificate/I have lost my gift certificate. What should I do?
All of the gift certificates that you have purchased can be found in your account. Log in and click on “MY ACCOUNT” at the top right. You’ll then be able to consult all of your gift certificates.
10 I have purchased a gift certificate on Ranbo, but I’m not sure I understand how to use it. What should I do?
Once you have purchased a gift certificate from the boutique, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a second e-mail with your gift certificate. The gift certificate will be in an attachment in the second e-mail. Open your gift certificate and print it off. You can also log in to your account, where you will find a list of all of the gift certificates that you have purchased on the boutique. Click on the one you want to use and print it off. The specific instructions for each gift certificate are indicated on each one. Please note that in most cases, you don’t need to print your coupon. You can present the digital copy of your gift certificate on-site if you have a smartphone.
11 I printed my coupon, but some information didn’t appear on the page. Why not?
This could be due to the configuration of the printer’s settings. The configuration can change depending on your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.). We recommend downloading the file and then printing it. You must make sure that the “Scale” option is selected, such as “Fit to page”. This option, or a similar one, can often be found under “More settings” at the printing stage.
12 If I don’t use the full value of my gift certificate in one visit, can I use the balance at another time?
No. Unless otherwise indicated on the gift certificate, the establishment will not give you credit or cash for the unused portion. Why not take the opportunity to invite a friend?
13 I have a problem with a business owner. What should I do?
The business owner is responsible for offering the service or product in question and for honouring Ranbo gift certificates. Please communicate with the business owner if you have any comments or complaints concerning him or her. If you cannot manage to solve the problem directly with the business owner, please CONTACT US.
14 How can I sign up my business for the boutique?
